Dish Antennas
|
|
|
|
These antennas are perfect for working AO-40. Our customers tell
us they couldn't believe what they weren't hearing on their BBQ
grill and Primestar setups. When combined with one of our S/L/U
multi-band patch feeds and a modest 2m yagi, you will be ready to
work all of the ham satellites from your home or in the field and
for a much lower cost than would be the case when using massive
cross-yagis on 2m and 70cm.
Key Benefits
- CNC-milled for precision parabolic shape
- High gain - get the signal-to-noise advantage
you need to overcome WiFi and other ISM RF pollution
- Lightweight - easily managed by popular Yaesu
AZ/EL rotators
- Compact size versus large-boom cross-yagis (Work
the sats from your balcony with a camera tripod!)
- Low wind-load - won't overtax your AZ/EL rotators
- Corrosion-resistant aluminum alloy construction

Don’t risk destroying your expensive down converter! This
bias tee will power via the coax virtually any satellite downconverter
as well as protect it from accidental transmission into your converter’s
IF output. It will also allow you to set your S-meter to a proper
reading of the noise floor.

144-1268MHz Upconverter System |
|
435-1268MHz Upconverter |
|
|
|
|
|
With a suitable 144 MHz IF you will be able to transmit on 1268
to 1270 MHz with an output of at least 100 mW. This is perfect for
driving a power module to about 15 watts. Using our special L-band
interface and antenna mounted amplifier you will get about 15 watts
into the antenna! The system will allow for approximately 6 dB of
cable loss.

|
Identical in every way to our 144MHz version, this upconverter
uses an IF at 435MHz, making it perfect for use with "satellite"
radios where the 2m VFO is already in use for the downlink.
