The ultimate dish feed, this LHCP patch antenna, when used with a dish
reflector, provides the expected RHCP polarization used by many of the
ham satellites, both high orbit (AO-40) and LEO. The feed comes tuned
to 2401MHz for AO-40's downlink, 1269MHz to cover both L-band AO-40 uplinks
(250W max.) and 435MHz (250W max.) used on many LEO downlinks and as well
as for uplinking to AO-40. Add a 2m yagi and you'll have a complete ham
satellite earth station. High grade aluminum construction with male 'N'
connector for S-band (to facilitate direct attachment of an LNA or downconverter)
and separate female 'N' connectors for L-band and U-band.

Note: While these have been tuned in our shop, fine tuning for peak performance
may be necessary due to interaction between the feed and the dish, particularly
for the L and U-band uplinks in order to attain the lowest SWR. Without
such field tuning, one can typically expect an SWR below 1:1.3 with the
patch properly positioned at the focal point per the included instructions.
For those who like to tweak their setups, tuning screws on the feed allow
separate tuning adjustments for all three bands.
